Tacos & Rockie

Welcome to another blog post, we are now on the 3rd post!

Last weekend Ricky (love of my life-sexy devil) and I went and enjoyed some yummy regional Mexico City style tacos, horchata and watermelon dranky-drank at Seis Kitchen and Catering. It's located in a pretty & welcoming marketplace called "Mercado San Augustin".

The mercado is attached to a neighborhood of very pretty homes. The whole area was built on top of a village that dates back about 4,000 years. Cool & creepy all at the same time.

We found a nice house that was well out of our budget BUT, lucky for us it cost nothing to take a couple of pictures by its garage doors hehe.

This is the handbag that started my slowly growing designer handbag addiction. I was introduced to this bag by my fashion forward BFF & sister, Christina. I fell in love with it and scored it for a good price from www.theoutnet.com

This particular style is called the Inside Out Rockie by Alexander Wang and has smooth, shiny leather with silver hardware. The little Louis key pouch you see was a gift from my sister. It was my very first LV piece and THAT sparked my interest in Louis Vuitton. Please keep in mind that although I love these designer pieces, my wallet doesn't seem to love them as much as I do, so I always hunt for the best deals I can find before adding them to my family and that includes pre-loved items too. Maybe I'll share my favorites stores to score some amazing things at amazing prices with you soon!

There's so much to like about this purse... It's an edgy and chill accessory all at the same time. The shine on the leather with the raised seams, detachable strap, all black interior with two slip pockets and one zippered pouch and of course rows and rows of shiny studs on the bottom make for a unique style that has so many fashion lovers reaching for it. I love that there aren't any logos screaming at you and its durability allows you to actually use it as an everyday handbag. I can't imagine myself ever setting some of my other bags on the floor but the Rockie does just fine wherever I put it. I loved it so much that I bought a second Alexander Wang bag but in the larger style which is called the Rocco. I'll blog that heffer of a bag soon... it's huge.
